If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund if it is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in it’s original packaging. If you have simply changed your mind, then you will have to cover return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable method). However, if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage. 

 

Faulty / Damaged Goods

Faulty or damaged goods can be exchanged for replacement or for a full refund. The damaged product will be replaced as soon as possible if available or an alternative will be offered.

 

We will require photographic evidence of the damaged goods to authorise your refund. Please contact spaces@rosemaryinnes.com if you intend to return goods.

We offer Free Shipping on All Orders! Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent Royal Mail 1st Class).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
